Multiple references to the Marvel Cinematic Universe were left, various topics were raised and different actors appeared in cameo plans. Skaar, the son of the Hulk: what is his story?
His story is among the comics of planet hulk Y world war hulk. Through these stories, it is described how the Hulk, progressively, has an active role in Sakaar. So relevant that on that trip he overthrows the Red King to take his place as the Green King. In that task, he crosses paths with Caiera, who was the bodyguard of the fallen leader. Skaar is born from the mutual love between both characters, although his mother dies before the little one is born.
Within the Marvel Cinematic Universe, neither the King Red neither fall have been presented. It has been reduced to cameos and specific appearances, rather than having a story that can serve to clarify some aspects or develop the character.
Skaar, because of his mom’s DNA, has rapid growth. For this reason, both in the comics and in the adaptation of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it takes place outside the normal lapses. On the pages, his story is marked by abandonment. With Caiera’s death and the Hulk’s departure from Skaar, he is orphaned and must learn to live in a hostile environment.
