John Wick is, in his own right, one of the great exponents of modern cinema action. The franchise has built a tremendously rich universe and his films have followed one success after another. It was logical to think that this universe was going to be expanded, and we already have the first trailer for The Continental.
There are two spin-offs that we will see from John Wick. On the one hand, on the one hand, the one starring Ana de Armas, ballerinaof which we have few data, and on the other, The Continentalthe one that concerns us today, which focuses on the young Winston in charge of the Continental Hotel in New York, one of the characters, along with Keanu, most loved in the franchise.
With its premiere just around the corner, we already have the first trailer for the series that, if nothing changes, can be seen on Prime Video in Spain and on Peackcook in the United States and regions where it is available. The Continental the next one opens 22 of September 2023.

The Continental It’s not just a spin-off of the original movies, it also works as a prequel to some of the events of the franchise. The series, which will consist of three parts, will take us to the 70’s New York, where we will meet the young versions of Winston (hotel manager) and Charon (his faithful second in command). According to the official synopsis of him:
It will explore the origin behind the iconic murder hotel centerpiece of the John Wick universe through the eyes and actions of a young Winston Scott, as he is dragged into hell in 1970s New York to confront a past. that he thought he had left behind.
The series stars Colin Woodell like Winston and Ayomide Adegun like Charon, but they are not the only familiar faces. The series also has Mel Gibson as Cormac, Ben Robson as Frankie; Hubert Point-Du Jour, as Miles and Jessica Allain as Lou, among others.
