The transfer from Amena to Orange After the announcement of the closure of the OMV, it will be effective as of next September. The French operator, however, has already unveiled the new rates that will replace those of its defunct ‘Low Cost’ brand. The current clients, let us remember, they will maintain the prices of their plans, but with small changes. It is also unknown if the new rates called ‘Orange Base’ will also be available for new registrations.
Specifically, Amena customers will enjoy 5G coverage, as well as a greater number of ‘gigs’ than they had contracted. They lose, yes, the possibility of accumulating the ‘mega’ who have not spent for the following month and the bonus of 1 GB for each year of contract. This is how the new ‘Orange Base’ mobile rates remain.
- Orange Base 6.95: 0 cents / minute (+18 cents / stabil) and 8 GB of data for 6.95 euros per month. 4 GB increase in mobile data compared to the Amena rate.
- Orange Base 9.95: Unlimited calls with 12 GB of data for 9.95 euros per month. 2 GB more data compared to the Amena rate.
- Orange Base 14.95: Unlimited calls and 24 GB of mobile data (4 GB more than in Amena) for 14.95 euros per month.
- Orange Base 19.95: Unlimited calls with 30 GB of data, (5 GB more than in Amena) for 19.95 euros per month.
- Orange Base 24.95: Unlimited calls and 40 GB of data (10 GB more than in Amena) for 24.95 euros per month.
New ‘Orange Base’ rates with fiber and mobile
Convergent rates, which include a mobile line and fiber, will be renamed ‘Orange Base Combinations’. The changes, again, are in the number of GB on mobile lines, which lose the possibility of accumulating megabytes.
- Orange Base 35.95: fiber with 100 Mbps and mobile line with unlimited calls and 25 GB (5 GB more) for 35.95 euros per month.
- Orange Base 40.95: fiber with 100 Mbps and mobile line with unlimited calls and 30 GB (no increase compared to Amena) for 40.95 euros per month.
Amena users will be able to purchase additional lines of the rates of Orange with a 20% discount and with the possibility of sharing gigabytes between the lines of the same owner. The changes They will begin to apply from next September 13.
