Teadsthe global media platformannounced today the names of the winners of “ME PROJECT, WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS”an initiative presented by the company in March of this year within the framework of International Women’s Month, with the aim of contributing to making small and medium enterprises of women in the region.
Earlier this year, Teads conducted a study on Women in Business Entrepreneurship, in which more than 3,500 women from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Peru were surveyed. The objective was to know what drives or discourages women in Latin America to undertake. Among the findings of the study, it was identified that 1 out of 3 women mentioned the difficulty to publicize your business as one of the most important challenges to undertake. To this is added that, 7 decade 10 women pointed out to the advertising on-line as the best way to publicize your business. With these data in mind, Teads launched the first edition of “ME PROJECT, WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS” that today you already have six winners.
The call that exceeded 100 start-ups registered, coming from different Latin American markets, had a preselection made by a jury of Teads Latin America with 27 finalist projects. This instance took into consideration four key pillars: that they be projects Inspirational, Quality and Presentation, Innovation and Originality and the Evolution of the company over time.
Subsequently, the general public through its vote digital on page www.project-me.teads.comdefined at six winners of Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Peru, one for each participating country. The entrepreneur with the majority of votes in her country was the winner.
The initiative created by Teadsrepresented for all the projects that were postulated a great exhibition platform who gave access to what million people in Latin Americacould know the ventures counted in first person by the women who lead them and thus choose their favorite.
