this coming monday spring officially starts and we say goodbye to winter, at least as far as the calendar is concerned. It is more than likely that we will have the occasional storm and cool days, but this is what this unstable season has, which, yes, is already leaving us a weekly menu with more renewed airs that look at the good weather.
We have among our proposals of the week recipes that fit almost with any meteorological phenomenon to be presented, inspired by the festivities that mark the month of March. We do not forget Valencia and its Fallas, but neither does Lent, which little by little leads us to the long-awaited Holy Week.
