After a reveal during a PlayStation event in 2020, many were looking forward to the release of God of War: Ragnarok in 2021. However, this title was delayed until this year. As it is currently unknown when SIE Santa Monica’s next job will be available, many have begun to worry about another delay. Fortunately, a reliable industry source appears to have calmed the public.
Recently, on the Rumors and Leaks Reddit, a user voiced his concerns by commenting “Does anyone think GOW Ragnarök could be delayed until 2023?” Although there were several comments that offered a bleak outlook, it was surprisingly Jason Schreier, a journalist for Bloomberg, who calmed the audience when he responded with a “No.”

Although this does not guarantee that God of War: Ragnarok be retarded once again, the support of Schreier, who surely has information that cannot be shared with the general public, will calm the fears of hundreds of people. We can only wait and see when this long-awaited sequel will be available on PlayStation consoles.

Editor’s Note:
While it is true that we have not had much news about God of War: Ragnarokwe must consider that a few days ago Horizon Forbidden Westand in a few weeks it will be available Grand Touring 7, so it’s no surprise that PlayStation is more focused on these titles than on God of War: Ragnarok.
