“We have a plan to continue growing in points of sale. We are going to attack populations with less than 200,000-300,000 inhabitants because we see that populations require services but do not have infrastructure. We are looking for new business models to attack smaller regions”, explains Jacobo Buzali, CEO of PakMail Mexico, who affirms that the new service would be available between the end of this year and the beginning of 2024.
At the same time, the company seeks to continue strengthening its e-commerce solutions by investing in technology, through plug-ins for platforms such as Shopify, Woo commerce, Magento and others, with the aim of keeping its franchise segment competitive.

3PL strategy
PakMail seeks to boost the 3PL business, which it began to develop during the pandemic to offer “more complex and complete” services, in line with the trend marked globally by the crisis in supply chains, which led companies to rethink several items in the logistics of their products and inputs.
Through this format, the company offers storage, packaging and shipping services, you can store, pack and ship products by air, land and even sea. With this, the company estimates a growth of 13% to 14% for this year.
PakMail uses the infrastructure of other companies to provide its services, such as DHL, FedEx, Estafeta, UPS, Paquexpress, Tresguerras, Redpack and 99 Minutos.
The expectation is to take advantage of trends such as the nearshoringwhich has led the logistics sector to bet on more investments to remain competitive with the arrival of new companies and transport needs.
“Today we are looking for larger companies, and the nearshoring we are going to splash out. Being able to develop the 3PL is very complex if you do not have the technology or the right allies, in matters such as storage, inventory control; There have not been many new players because multimillion-dollar investments are required, ”says the manager.
