Mix the sifted flour with the stevia, vanilla, impeller, lemon zest and salt. Add the milk and vegetable oil mixed together and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Let rest 10 minutes. Stretch the dough with a rolling pin and make the cookies with a cookie cutter or a plating ring.
Place on parchment paper on a baking tray and bake at 180 ºC heat up and down during 15 minutes.
