Young celiac exposes airline

He said that it all started after eating half a croissant, that he realized something was wrong. “I started having really bad stomach cramps, I had diarrhea, I felt nauseous and my skin started to itch,” she recalled.
Through tears, the young woman who identifies herself as Chloë Chapdelaine narrated that she ate half a croissant and realized that it was not a gluten-free food, something she has not eaten since she was diagnosed.
“This is the reality for many people living with celiac disease,” he added.

“I’m trying not to have a panic attack. It just sucks that these things can happen. I should have double checked. She was on the tray and it said gluten-free, but it didn’t have the label on it,” she said.
In addition, in his video, he recommended that other people who suffer from the same thing always check if food is gluten-free.
“I went to the bathroom and was in there for about an hour throwing up, which was horrible. I knew that if I didn’t do that, my body would be damaged much more. I could feel the other symptoms started right away and it got worse from there. I started getting really bad stomach cramps, had diarrhea, felt nauseous, and my skin started to itch,” she added.
