The new Xiaomi Master 86″ Mini LED TV, a SmartTV that leaves no one indifferent
Thanks to a poster published by Xiaomi a few days ago, this Master 86″ Mini LED TV was not a secret to anyone. The Smart TV that the Chinese have presented has seen its launch today, and bannered with the promise of “an era of precise image quality”, and for a fairly comfortable price.
The 86-inch TV It is just 2mm thick, with a metallic design and a tiny base that will allow you to save space in your living room. For its screen, Xiaomi has chosen QD-Mini LED technology, which allows for better isolation in the backlight areas of the screen. Thus, you will be able to see an image with much cleaner blacks and no light leaks, while the bright parts will stand out with their more than 2,000 nits of maximum brightness.
This Xiaomi Master 86″ Mini LED arrives with a capacity of 4K resolution and up to 144 Hz refresh rate. Of course, also compatible with HDMI 2.1 so that gamers can take advantage of it. Likewise, a calibration engine for the colors of the screen has been included, as well as other elements that impact the final quality of the panel. Xiaomi describes the colors of its Master 86″ as “very accurate” and “uniform”.
The final price of this Xiaomi Master 86″ is 15,999 Chinese yen -about 2,100 euros to change-. However, early buyers will be able to get this screen for 14,999 yen -1,990 euros, approximately. Of course, this cost will rise when the product officially reaches European stores.
New Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro
In addition to the TV, Xiaomi has also launched a new series of tablets. Thus, they introduce us to their Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro. Although we can see a very similar design in both versions, the changes come inside and on their 11-inch screens. While the standard version features an LCD panel, similar to the one seen on the previous generation, the Pad 6 Pro upgrades to AMOLED technology, with a Up to 2.8k resolution, Dolby Vision support and a 144Hz refresh rate.
The Xiaomi Pad 6 inherits the Snapdragon 870, a capable processor that we already met with the Pad 5. For its part, the Pad 6 Pro is powered by a very powerful Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, one of the most powerful currently. All this is powered by two large batteries; the first of 8,840 mAh for the standard version, and one of 8,600 mAh for the Pro variant. They can also reach up to 33 W and 67 W fast charging, respectively.
In the body unibody metal of these Xiaomi Pad 6 and Pad 6 Pro, the Chinese company has included four speakers with Dolby Atmos technology. As for the cameras, the standard version comes equipped with an 8 MP front sensor and a 13 MP rear sensor. For its part, the Pad 6 Pro increases its numbers to 20 MP for the first, and doubles its number of rear sensors: one of 50 MP and another of 2 MP.
Xiaomi has also submitted a stylus with a tip of 4,096 points of sensitivity. In this way, they can offer a realistic and fluid experience when using it to write or draw. They have also presented a cover with a keyboard that also includes a trackpad improved optics.
