Mexican food is a style of cooking that dates back to ancient times and has influenced cooking styles around the world. As is the case in the United States and birth to Tex-Mex fusion.

Pork in adobo sauce or cochinita pibil: this contains pork cooked in a mixture of chiles (usually chipotle) and spices such as oregano and vinegar or sour orange juice. This recipe originally came from Spain but was adapted to native Mexican flavors.
Chiles en nogada: this dish is popular to celebrate the Independence Day in Mexico, having the colors of the country’s flag: green, white and red. It usually consists of poblano peppers stuffed with a mixture of ground meat (pork or beef) mixed with fruits such as apples and pears. It is then topped with a creamy walnut sauce, sprinkled with parsley, and served cold.
Grilled meat: this dish includes grilled meat (usually beef) marinated in guajillo chili sauce, oregano and vinegar. The meats are often served topped with thinly sliced onions on top of tortillas or fresh corn husks. The most famous type of grilled meat is carnitas, a typical dish from the state of Michoacán.
Guacamole: The word “guacamole” comes from the Aztec word “ahuaca-molli”. This dish consists of mashed avocados with other ingredients such as onion, tomato, chili, lime and salt. It can be served alone or with tortilla chips for dipping.

Do not press too hard, otherwise the tortilla may break and the filling may come out. Therefore, you have to take it gently and without further ado, bring it closer to your mouth to savor it.
