On the occasion of the celebration of 135th anniversary of Citibanamex is that the Valparaíso Forum was born in 2019. A space dedicated to art, culture, entrepreneurship and innovation in the CDMX. Valparaiso Forum, located in the Palace of the Counts of San Mateo Valparaíso, in the Historic Centerawait your visit.
To receive its visitors, the museum has prepared the exhibition of 117 works by different plastic artists such as José María Velasco, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Diego Rivera, Remedios Varo, Francisco Toledo, Leonora Carrington, Julio Ruelas, José Clemente Orozco and many more.
A space for art and entrepreneurship
The enclosure has 22 rooms open to the public. On the top floor is the permanent exhibition. A total of 117 works of contemporary art in Mexico that are part of the pictorial collection of the Bank National of Mexico (Citibanamex).
Downstairs it houses a space for temporary exhibitions and two interactive rooms. In which you can learn more about banking innovation and experiment in an entrepreneurship laboratory. The courtyard is intended for conferences, seminars, workshops and courses related to entrepreneurship.
Hours and access to the Valparaíso Forum
- At the moment, due to the pandemic, the Forum is closed.
- Foro Valparaíso opens its doors from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- There are two-hour shifts and a maximum of 100 people can access on the top floor and 300 on the ground floor.
- The access is through Venustiano Carranza street #60.
- Starting in January, there will be an online reservation system.
