According to the Attorney General's Office, these products exceed the percentage of flakes and pieces allowed by the Official Standard to be called tuna in pieces or solid tuna.
Additionally, Aurrera, Tuna with 14% soy in water with oil (Mexico) 295 g., It has more soy than it shows; That is, it is not truthful in the declaration of the percentage of soybeans in drained mass, since it contains 21 to 22%.

- Fresh Label, Crumbled tuna in oil (Mexico) 140 g.
- Fresh Label, Shredded tuna in water (Mexico) 140 g.
- Precissimo, Tuna with 30% protein in water (Mexico) 140 g.
- Agromar, Solid White Tuna in olive oil (Spain) 230 g.
