We are talking, neither more nor less, about arroz a la zamorana, a powerful rice where the meat is the protagonist and that you can manage with some fresh sausages, a little chorizo and a little bacon. If you have any more meat you can throw it out and, if you want to remove some, you are also within your rights.
The grace of this rice is that it remains slightly honeyed and very aromatic, as it contains a lot of dry herbs such as thyme or rosemary, which help to give it more luster and flavor.
Along with this, the meats will also give their luster (there are even ways to make it less fatty) and I also assure you that it is a perfect rice for refill the next day’s lunch box and give yourself a good whim or, for some bad ones, take it to the beach more than at ease.

As in any rice recipe, the better the products you use, the better the end result will be. Therefore, if you also add some Iberian ham cubes or a good minced meat will be wonderful and very complete.
