At DAP we have dozens of pork tenderloin recipes, one tender meat, easy to cook and, on top of that, economical.
Cooking this piece has no mystery, the only secret is not to go overboard with the temperatures and times, as it is done quickly and it is easy for it to be a little dry. It is a problem that, in any case, we are not going to have with this recipe for sirloin in sauce, which It is always juicy.
To make this recipe we only have to season the sirloin, mark it on large medallions and, in the same pan, make a sauce with butter, onion, mushrooms, broth, cream, aromatic herbs and a splash of whiskey.
Once the sauce has reduced well, enough return the sirloin medallions and cook everything together for five minutes so that it is very tender.
This same sauce recipe can be used to cook pork loin or chicken breast, if you are looking for a lighter version.
To accompany the dish, nothing better than some good French fries or, if you prefer, a mixed salad. And, of course, a good piece of bread. You’re going to need it!
