The organization celebrated the determination of the labor authority, since it considers that the scheme of selling assets makes auctioning easier, since previously a single bidder was sought for the totality of the goods. The auction of the goods will take place on July 3.
“The Board agreed, derived from the arguments and approaches of this union organization, that the auction process for the subsequent hearings and auctions be carried out in batches and/or individually, as the assets have been valued”, said Francisco Joaquín del Olmo Velázquez, director of Section 15, quoted in the document.
The goods to be auctioned include assets located in 12 airports in the country, as well as corporate offices, maintenance workshops and warehouses. The total amount of the valuation of the assets is for 1,706 million 496,877.06 pesoswhich is mostly located at the Mexico City International Airport (AICM).
The sales process will be auction pricewhich implies that the goods can be acquired from 66.67% of the price found in the appraisal, that is, two thirds. This implies that the property auction process should collect at least a little more than 1,137 million pesos, without considering the additional amount collected for prices raised in a bid in the event that a property or lot seeks to be purchased by two or more bidders.
