There are many versions of the Oreo cake, but this one that we bring you today is even easier to make than the one they sell in envelopes in the supermarket. And it only has three ingredients.
This recipe is even easier to make if we have a kitchen robot or food processor, but if this is not the case, don’t worry, you can mix the ingredients by hand without a problem.
How are you going to see its preparation? It has no mystery.
To prepare the Oreo cake we need a 18 cm removable base moldwhich we lined with vegetable paper on the base.
Once we have it ready, we crush the Oreo cookies with a food processor or processor until we obtain very fine crumbs. If we do not have any of these machines, we can crush the cookies by hand, with a mortar. Once they are well crushed, we add the milk and baking powder, and mix well again until we obtain a homogeneous mass.
Once we have the dough ready, we pour it inside the mold and, if we have leftover cookies, we decorate the surface with them.
We put the cake in the oven, which we have preheated to 180ºC with heat up and down, for between 20 and 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.
Once it is well cooked, we remove the cake from the oven and let it cool completely before unmolding. This way we ensure that it maintains its shape and does not fall apart.
