At DAP we love to bring you sweets of all kinds, laborious, traditional, from distant places in the world, haute pastries, but also simple desserts that are made on the run when there is a sweet craving and that are really delicious. This is the case with today’s cupcakes, since to prepare these delicious banana and chocolate muffins we literally only need one bowl.
With these characteristics, there is no excuse, right? We already had recipes for chocolate muffins and banana muffins, but there is nothing better than combining both to have both a delicious breakfast as an accompaniment to coffee at snack time.
In addition, it is a perfect recipe to take advantage of the bananas that are ripening in the fruit bowl and that everyone at home passes by, exchanging them for other pieces that are in best ripening point.
We will begin preheating the oven to 180 degrees and placing some paper muffin cases on a metal muffin baking tray.
In a bowl we cast in this ordersoft butter at room temperature, not melted, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, milk and sliced bananas.
With a hand mixer we beat until everything is integrated. We add the chocolate chips and we integrate them.
We distribute the mixture into the capsules, filling them up to 3/4 of their capacity. Bake on the second floor of our oven for 25 minutes until risen and golden. We remove the capsules from the metal mold and let them cool on a rack.
If we want to decorate them, we melt the dark chocolate in a glass in the microwave and make a chocolate zigzag on top of the muffins using a teaspoon or a small pastry bag.
