Among the brands subjected to this study, those that did not comply with the regulations required by Profeco were the following:

- Traditional Gamesa: Declares 800 grams of content, but it only contains 779 grams.

On the other hand, the brands that did comply with the labeling, nutritional value specification and content were the following:
- Great Value: at a cost of $40 pesos, this flour for preparing hot cakes meets all the additional required seals
- Granvita: At a price of $34 pesos, its fat and sugar levels are within the range established by the study.
- Three traditional stars: with a cost of $26 pesos in a presentation of 800 grams
However, the brand that takes the title as the best for preparing pancakes It’s the one at the Chedarui supermarket.which costs only $20 pesos in its 700 gram presentation, and which meets all the points that Profeco reviews, in addition to also being one of the cheapest in terms of quality-quantity in the study.
