The Apple Vision Pro will support from its launch more than 150 series and movies in 3D through the Apple TV application. This has been confirmed by the company after announcing that its mixed reality headset will be officially available next February. Apple has also revealed that its glasses will support more than 250 Apple Arcade games.
Users, in addition, They will be able to watch any series or movie available on Apple TV from the Apple Vision Pro, regardless of whether they are adapted in 3D or not. The difference, however, is that titles designed—or rather, adapted—for the mixed reality headset will be considerably more immersive. Those that are not supported will be able to be viewed up to 100 feet in size and up to 4K resolution in each eye. In addition, they will be compatible with HDR and spatial audio.
The Cupertino company has also designed for the Apple Vision Pro what they call Immersive Video. They are 8K 3D recordings that can be viewed at a 180-degree angle and are also captured with Spatial Audio.
On the other hand, we reiterate, Apple Arcade will be compatible with Apple Vision Pro with more than 250 titles available. Users will be able to play with compatible Bluetooth controllers.
The Apple Vision Pro will arrive on February 2
The firm has confirmed that the Apple Vision Pro will officially arrive on February 2. They will do it, yes, only in the United States. At least for the moment. Apple’s mixed reality viewer will have a starting price of $3,499 for a single variant with 256 GB of internal storage.
The Apple Vision Pro will also include a battery, a USB-C cable, a power adapter, a cover for the front and two different fastening bands: Dual Loop Band (consisting of a band for the top of the head and another for the back area and Solo Knit Band (a single band for the back of the head).
Separately to the Vision Pro, Apple will sell optics developed by ZEISS for those users who have vision problems and use glasses or contact lenses. These will be priced at $99 for reading glasses and $149 for ZEISS prescription lenses.
