William Andrew: The sushi It is one of people’s favorite foods. This food, in addition, can be found in different quantities. This, without a doubt, is my favorite dish because by taking only, rice, salmon or other types of fish, avocado or other vegetables, makes it a very healthy dish that anyone can eat.
Paradoxically, when we go out and order a salad, it is usually very high in calorieseither because of the sauces or because of the ingredients it has. Iria Reguera: The healthy ready meals at Mercadona that I throw away the most are always hummus and guacamole. It has, in general, good ingredients – although the hummus would be preferable if it used olive oil and more chickpeas -. But, if I have to choose something more elaborate, I would definitely go for the oriental tabbouleh (although again, it would be better if it didn’t have sunflower oil) or basmati rice with curry. They are dishes that I prefer to make at home, but if I have a specific rush, they are dishes with good ingredients.
Anna Brown: I have ever tried the spinach and cottage cheese lasagna from Mercadona and the truth is that I quite like it. I like the texture, the flavor and the fusion of the spinach with the cottage cheese. In addition, it can be done in a couple of minutes at the bus, so it saves you on a day that you are short on time without having to resort to eating something “dirty”. In general, gluten and lactose do not suit me very well, but this lasagna is not too heavy for me, which is also a point to take into account.
Assier: from what i’ve tried the roast chicken with potatoes is not dry at all and the price is very good. The meat lasagna, good flavor, and good price too.
Eve Lopez: The vegetable cream (which is just heating and that’s it, and it’s quite big and consistentIn fact, sometimes it has lasted me two days) or a tuna cake.
Esther Miguel: The Wonton soup because it has everything, the Asian ingredients (especially the vegetables) is very well balanced and the amount of shrimp is generous enough.
The gnocchi with chicken because they are very good and yes, it is a product where you are satisfied with the recommended amount: two servings per bag. It’s not like frozen pizzas that “eating” taking half is a lie.
The portions of salmon curry with rice because it is fish and it is good and that is not very normal in prepared food.
Raquel: When I go through one I always take the opportunity to fuck the pepper hummus. I find it super practical to have it in the fridge and take it at dinner with some carrot sticks or breadcrumbs.
And another classic that I usually catch is the tabbouleh: super simple and you can handle any meal inside or outside the house. If you are inside the house you can even give it a little more consistency with some tofu or tuna, and give it a little more spice by spicing it up well. But the way it comes out of the container, it’s enough for me to manage a quick meal.
