One of the most comfortable and frequent ways to take a screenshot is with the key Print Screen or Prt Scr of your keyboard. If you show what you want on your screen, you can capture everything you want with this button. Then you can paste it in Paint to edit it if you wish, or save directly, or with a Microsoft Office program by pressing paste or with Ctrl + V. If you want to do it in Photoshop you can create a new file and you will see that there is a blank screen with the measurements of the captured image. You go to the blank canvas, give Ctr + V and edit and paste and it would be there. For the capture to be preserved, you will need to save to the selected program.
If you don’t like it or you want to easier try giving at the same time Windows and Print Screen, which will make this is saved in the folder default. This is usually under Pictures, in a folder called screenshots. All the captures you have made will be there, and if you want to delete the ones that do not interest you, you can do it easily.

Using the Snipping Tool in Windows 10
If what you want is to capture only a part of your computer screen without having to edit it later, you can use the application of cuts of Windows. macOS
If you want to take a screenshot of the entire screen on MacOS, you can do so by pressing the keys Command, Shift and 3 on your computer and it will automatically save to your desktop as a .PNG file. If you want to capture a part of the screen you can do it with the shortcuts Command, Shift and 4 and with the crosshair pointer manually selecting the square section you want to capture. You select the area and you can release the mouse so that the capture is automatically saved. If you don’t like the result, hit Esc and do your capture again.
If you want to capture only the content of window, you will give to Shift + Command + 4 and press the space bar. The cursor will be changed into a camera-shaped one and if you click on the desired window a new file will be generated with the capture of this window. If you want the captures to be saved on the clipboard to use them later instead of creating new files, you can do so by pressing the control by making each capture that interests you.
Ubuntu
The main key in Ubuntu to capture screens is Print Screen. Just press it to make a screen, just like in Windows. If you want, with Alt + Print Screen you can capture the content of window while you use it. With Shift + Print Screen you will see that the cursor changes shape and you can drag to delimit the area from the screen. From the browser
You can also capture screens from your own browser. One of the easiest is to do it with the print option which creates a PDF of the full screen. To make and save the captures made on your mobile devices, it is easier than you imagine. It’s just one key combination It will depend on the phone model. There is a more common one, but if it doesn’t work, keep trying others because it works very well and you’ll find out right away.
iOS
on iOS will depend on the model you have, although in all of them the method is usually very similar. In the Face Id models without the Home Touch button, you will give the side button and the volume up button at the same time. Those that have it, you will have to press Touch Id and side button at the same time a bit. In models with a top button and Touch ID, you must press both keys at the same time. With power on and start will suffice in most cases.
The capture will be saved in the Reel like the other images, although you can also share it if you wish. You can move them to another device, computer or whatever you want in different ways, usually by connecting it to something or with the sharing options.
Android

You can recover them with File Commander, Send Files To TV, or an app to send files from your TV.
Some TV models also have a screenshot option on their settings. To do this you must click the Home button, go to the main menu and the gear icon in the upper right. In the menu that opens look for the screenshot, if you find it you can take a screenshot from there whenever you want.
You can also do it through Applications, as is the case with Button Mapper. You can download this app from Google Play and it will allow you to assign actions to the buttons on your controller among other possibilities. To activate it as an accessibility service, something you must do for this purpose, you will go to the Android settings in Accessibility and activate the box with the name of the app. For example, you can make the volume button work as usual, but taking screenshots if you press it for a long time, among other possibilities. You just have to choose the button you are interested in and choose Screenshot so that it will be the one that takes the screenshots. Other alternative option this is it CetusPlay.
On Web OS
If you want to take a screenshot, in 1.0 models, you can do it in the 123/Input button of the Magic Control knob. A quick menu will appear and you must hit the Capture button. You will see the confirmation at the moment and you can even access it. On 2.0 models you will see the controller button on the screen, a menu will appear and you must give Capture. It will be confirmed and you will be able to access it.
