The amount of fruit that summer brings us is scandalous. All of them are delicious in their own way, either to enjoy as snacks or as an ingredient in sweet and savory recipes. Today we wanted to take advantage of the situation to prepare with some of them a delicious dessert.

Heat the milk together with the mint leaves in a saucepan and, as soon as it starts to boil, turn off the heat, cover and leave infuse for 15 minutes. Remove the mint leaves and mix the infused milk with the yogurt. Store in the fridge to cool well.
When we are going to serve the fruit salad or shortly beforehand (it can be just before eating) we wash all the fruits and we cut to taste, removing the corresponding bones. We have taken small balls from the melon, but it can be cut into cubes or sheets.
We plate each portion with a bed of yogurt cream and, on it, we distribute the fruits on the surface. We add walnuts (in halves or chopped, to taste) to provide a touch of crispdecorate with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
