All online services tend to go down from time to time, be it due to server overload, DDoS attacks, technical problems, maintenance, or for any other reason. Through a new study, the portal ToolTester has analyzed different different services as well as the failures they have presented over the last year. According to the information collected, Xbox Live presented problems 63 times in the last 12 months, and a 65% of the time had a direct impact on online gaming. On the other hand, PSN suffered problems 49 times during that same period of time, and the most common was that people could not access their accounts.
At least neither of these two services suffered as much as Steam, that according ToolTester, had 99 problems related to connection in the last 12 months.
