Few couples get along as well spinach and chickpeas if we talk about traditional stews. The vigil stew gives a good account of this, and in this case we can improvise something similar, in the absence of cod, with these recipes with Thermomix.
Also, to make things simpler, let’s resort to a can of canned chickpeas and, in this case, fresh spinach, although if you also want to bet on canned spinach you can do so.
As every time we cook with Thermomix the recipe has little mystery beyond controlling the times, do not go too fast so as not to undo the ingredients and be clear that it should not be a soup with vegetables and chickpeas or a vegetable cream.
Beyond that, you can add other vegetables to the mix such as zucchini or auberginebut with the ingredients that we are giving you today, we believe that the recipe is wonderful so as not to complicate yourself with a first spoon dish that you always want.

Chickpea stew: a recipe with a traditional flavor
With what to accompany spinach with chickpeas in Thermomix
It works perfectly as a first course or, depending on the moment, as a single dish. Beyond a quick appetizer, a salad to share or, if we want, a simple second such as grilled fish or baked fish, not much else is needed on this menu.
