The health problems that can develop throughout life are too extensive. Among the most frequent is disability because it is estimated that around One billion people suffer from some type, although one of the most serious is cerebral palsy.
Disorders that cause problems with movement, balance, and posture. It affects the motor cortex of the brain, which is the part of this organ that directs muscle movement.
What types of cerebral palsy are there?

- Spastic cerebral palsy: This is the most common type. It causes increased muscle tone, muscle stiffness, and difficulty with movement. Sometimes it only affects one part of the body. In other cases, it can affect both the arms and legs, the trunk, and the face.
- Dyskinetic cerebral palsy: Causes problems controlling movement of the hands, arms, feet, and legs. This can make sitting and walking difficult.
- Ataxic cerebral palsy: Causes balance and coordination problems.
- Mixed cerebral palsy: This means you have symptoms of more than one type.
Marketing health in favor of children
However, one of the main problems is that families often do not have sufficient financial resources to offer the necessary care to patients. With this in mind, the Soriana Foundation joined forces with the Association for People with Cerebral Palsy (APAC) to launch the campaign “Let’s walk together, every step counts” in conjunction with the Association for People with Cerebral Palsy (APAC).
In this way, from July to October 2022, Soriana Organization customers will be able to find the “Solidarity Boxes” online in more than 325 stores distributed in the Mexican Republic. In each one they will be able to make voluntary contributions with the aim of collecting resources that will be used to acquire equipment that It will allow children with cerebral palsy and related disabilities to walk.

For her part, Guadalupe Maldonado, General Director of APAC commented that donations like this are of great importance. Thanks to the sum of efforts, it will be possible to have a greater scope and facilitate access to various tools for improve the quality of life of the beneficiaries.
