The company had about $3 billion in non-current assets in these companies in Russia at the end of 2021.
The departure of the company comes amid a series of efforts by the West to sanction Russia and put pressure on its finances. Some of the country’s banks have already been kicked out of the SWIFT financial network and airspace has been closed to Russian planes.
