Putin explained that the attacks against other parts of Ukraine were only aimed at “constraining” the enemy’s forces, “destroying the military infrastructure” and “creating the conditions for more active military actions” on Donbas territory.
Regarding the end of the military campaign, Putin assured that everything depends on the “intensity of the military actions”, although he clarified that Moscow will try to “minimize” its casualties.
