The first bars of the free practice 3 of Moto3 of the San Marino GP they have been quite ‘moved’. The third session had to be stopped with a red flag after the fall of Denis Öncü and later, that of Adrian Fernandez and Alberto Surra.
Öncü touched the ground at the Misano circuit at turn 16, just a few minutes into the third run. The KTM rider suffered a severe blow to the head which left him lying on the ground unconscious and prompted the immediate intervention of the doctors.
Red flag! 🟥

After being treated by the championship medical services (who treated him on the track), he regained consciousness, returned to the box and was transferred to the circuit clinic. Once there, the pilot will go through a more in-depth medical inspection, which leaves his possible participation in the San Marino Grand Prix up in the air.

Another breathtaking fall was that of Adrián Fernández, who suffered a great blow: he fell on his legs and was taken to the clinic. However, there, he reassured everyone through DAZN microphones: “I’m fine.”
Also, the fall of Surra caused another of the red flags on track. The driver crashed into turn eleven and was left lying on the asphalt of Misano but, finally, he was stable, after being treated by the medical services, although with pain in his left hand.
