To taste, as always when we make rice dishes, you can add the seafood that you like the most: Norway lobsters, prawns, red prawns, enlisted, squid, baby squid… That only happens in this recipe of your liking and your pocket.
Cut the onion, garlic and peppers in brunoise. Mark the prawns and cuttlefish with a little oil over high heat and set aside.
Put 3 tablespoons of oil in the paella and fry the garlic and onion for 5 minutes, then add the peppers and the bay leaf and fry with color 10 more minutes. Add the crushed tomato and cook 10 minutes.
When the sauce is well cooked and dry add a dessert spoon of paprika, move 10 seconds. Now add the rice and broth, check the level of salt before the rice begins to cook.
Add the cuttlefish, prawns and saffron and cook the whole 17-18 minutes.
