In the middle of San Juan and after the summer solstice we fully enter the summer with the holidays already on the horizon. The relative respite of temperatures encourages us to keep enjoying the kitchenalthough gazpachos and salmorejos are almost permanently installed in many of our fridges.
In our menu proposal for the week we have a very varied offer of dishes with recipes for the most part quick and easy to prepare, with seasonal products and also vegan options, the occasional sweet treat and without forgetting the appetizer ideas for the weekend.
If you are lucky enough to have a terrace or garden I am sure that many of these recipes can be enjoyed outdoors or by setting up a barbecue, and there are also proposals suitable for taking on a picnic or excursion. Summer has just started and there is no rush to make the most of it.

Food. Potato salad with toasted butter and dill and boiled eggs.
Dinner. Oliagua de Menorca with bread, spring onion and figs to accompany.
Tuesday
Food. Chicken in kuku paka sauce with basmati rice as a side dish.
Dinner. Lentil Salad.
Wednesday
Food. Chinese single dish noodles.
Dinner. Grilled tuna with roasted pepper salad.
Thursday
Food. Beetroot tartare and confit potato omelette with caramelised onion.
Dinner. Manchego cheese and portobello mushroom quesadillas.
Friday
Food. Courgettes stuffed with tuna and salad with spinach sprouts and strawberries.
Dinner. Savory yoghurt and goat cheese tart with cherry tomatoes.
Saturday
Food. Anchovies with lemon as a starter and rice with carabineros as main.
Dinner. Pasta with hummus sauce and simple salad of seasoned tomatoes.
Sunday
Food. Beef villagodio in the style of the Marchioness of Parabere with roasted potatoes with dill butter as a garnish.
Dinner. Serrano ham salad and marinated peaches.
