The hot month of August has said goodbye with an early autumn and it is time to gradually recover routines at home, although there will still be lucky people who have their vacations in the recently inaugurated month of September. Students and schoolchildren have less left, and for the return to become bearable, cook and eat well at home is essential.
The first menu of the last month of summer comes with recipes that already taste a bit like autumn days, recovering more dishes than comfort without being heavy or excessively smoky, and without completely leaving the simplest and freshest ideas. Dinner. Tapas at home with some awesome skewers, some tomato and cheese mini tarts and mushrooms stuffed with ham.
Saturday
Meal. Tagliatelle with creamy smoked salmon sauce, capers and dill.
Dinner. Leek and shrimp quiche.
Sunday
Meal. First mixed salad and rice with chicken wings.
Dinner. Green beans with anchovies.
