The atypical haze that has colored ocher tones and sand in Spain this week, and part of Europe, is leaving us to welcome, finally, the long-awaited spring. It takes a lot more rain to make the fields shine with their brilliant greens and colorful flowers, but at least we can welcome it from the kitchen.
We therefore compile in our weekly menu proposal the latest recipes that have come out of our kitchens, adding purely spring dishes, fresher and more vibrant, where we are giving more and more prominence to seasonal products. We embrace seasonal vegetables such as asparagus and peas, we happily welcome the best strawberries and we say goodbye, little by little, to citrus fruits.
Soon it will be days to give ourselves completely to the imminent Easter and its more traditional recipes, but in the meantime we invite the versatile cod to appear more and more on our plates.
