To assemble the bikini; take the slice of bread and spread with mustard. Followed by two slices of cheese, then the cooked onion, the red pepper in strips, all the slices of ham and finally the last slice of cheese. Close the sandwich with the second side of the bread.
Arrange on a plate and bake at 200º C for 10 minutes until melt the cheese. Or place in a sandwich maker for the indicated time.
