Poco, Xiaomi’s sub-brand, has announced in China the one that promises to be its best seller by the end of 2023 and beginning of 2024: the Little C65an entry-level mobile available for about 100 euros in exchange that comes with a 50 megapixel camera, MediaTek processor and a 5,000 mAh battery.
The Poco C65 arrives with a design very similar to the rest of the smartphones in the brand’s catalog, with a completely flat back that stands out for its photographic module in the upper area and a front with a drop-type notch and minimal frames that includes a 6.71 inch screen. It is an LCD panel with HD+ resolution and a 90 Hz refresh rate, which works thanks to a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W fast charging.
The new entry range of the Chinese brand also arrives with a Helio G85 processor, the same chip that includes phones like the Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. In this case, it is accompanied with different RAM and storage configurations. On the one hand, one with 6 GB and 128 GB; on the other, one with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB. In both cases, with the possibility of expanding storage via micro SD up to 1 TB.
The Poco C65 arrives with a 50 megapixel camera
The new Poco C65 includes a dual main camera with a 50 megapixel primary sensor and an f/1.8 focal aperture. The second camera is a 2-megapixel macro sensor that allows you to capture small objects in detail.
In terms of connectivity and security, the Poco C65 includes support for networks Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 4.3 and NFC for mobile payments. It also integrates a fingerprint reader on the side.
The Poco C65, we reiterate, has been announced in the Asian market. At the moment, we do not know when it will arrive in other countries. Its launch in China, however, has allowed us to see the prices in dollars.
- Poco C65 with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage: 109 dollars.
- Poco C65 with 8 GB RAM and 256 GB storage: 119 dollars.
It is, without a doubt, an interesting price taking into account its specifications, although in Spain it could arrive at a slightly higher cost.
