the premiere of Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero is getting closer, which is why fans of the saga are very excited, since there will be canonical elements imposed by the own Akira Toriyama. However, also the voice actors are also looking forward to the premiere, especially the one who gives piccolo their dialogues in the anime.
To pay a well-deserved tribute to the character of Namek, Toshio Furukawa He decided to launch his own sketches, in which he is doing day-to-day tasks such as receiving the mail, reading and even flying for a walk. For his part, he continues to notice the appreciation towards Gohana feeling that both character and actor have in common.
Here you can see them:
This is what Furukawa commented regarding his participation as Piccolo in Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero:
I had to pick up some parts several times during the recording, actually. The first time we shot, the pictures were just line drawings, so I couldn’t really tell that it looked any different. Then they added the colors and I had a better idea of how Piccolo would change, and then we reshot the footage to match that.
Piccolo hasn’t really had any transformations throughout the series, so I was really happy that he finally got one. Fans were pretty apt to notice the changes too, weren’t they? When the second key image of the tape was released, they were saying things like “The lines on Piccolo’s arms are gone!” and “His belt is a different color!” They really pay a lot of attention to it.
Remember that this movie opens on june 11 in japan. In August we will receive it in Mexico Y Latin America.
