We warmly -sorry- welcome to the month of July with a weekly menu that totally tastes of summer, in which many will already be on vacation or about to pack their bags. This week that will start in the United States with its barbecues of the fourth of july we dedicate it to recipes full of fresh dishes, with many colors and taking advantage of seasonal products.
Summer is the best time to fully enjoy the greens and vegetables of greater Mediterranean tradition, although we already have them on the market all year round. Cold soups, salads and pastries such as quiches, pizzas and savory cakes take center stage on our tables these days and we love to share them with snacks sailors or barbecues on the terrace and picnics in the open air.
Welcome to July and its intensive days -who can enjoy them-, its lazy naps on the sofa with the tours on television and their sunsets by the pool or enjoying a snack on a terrace. But always without neglecting the kitchen.
