The evolution from everis to NTT DATA
Mario Chao recalled that everis has been part of the NTT DATA Group since 2014 – the sixth IT company with the largest market share according to Gartner – however, as of this year they chose to change the name to NTT DATA to take advantage of the maximum the capabilities of the group.
The executive pointed out that NTT DATA, being a Japanese parent, has a large presence in Asia and, during the last 7 years, everis has become the spearhead of the Group for all of southern Europe and Latin America. “Now given the great results, we are integrated into the EMEAL region (which includes Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Latin America), which constitutes a great opportunity for everyone.”
Clients benefit from a more comprehensive offering and capabilities, as well as high value-added asset-based consulting.
With NTT DATA, consulting capabilities have been enhanced, allowing the team to provide tangible results to its clients “through co-creation, deep industry knowledge and advanced technological capabilities.”
everis comprises a human talent of more than 30,000 people (1,700 in Mexico) in 18 different countries in Europe and Latin America and a business of 1.8 billion euros in annual turnover. With NTT DATA EMEAL, a company is formed with about 40,000 professionals in 25 countries that represents a business of 3 billion euros per year.
