Expansion seeks the marketing and communication campaigns and strategies most innovative, creative and with the best results to recognize them as the ‘Marketing Monster‘ 2023 edition, which will be published in Expansión magazine in November.
In addition to recognizing the Marketing Monster, a special mention will also be made of strategies focused on diversity and inclusion (gender equality, LGBT+, representation of minority or historically excluded groups) and on positive impact (focused on the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations).
How to participate in Marketing Monsters
Bases:
Campaigns that have been launched between June 2022 and June 2023 or that have been in force at least 80% of the time during that period participate.
- Campaigns that are still open can enroll as well, as long as they have measurement and impact data.
- The call is open for all strategies developed in Mexico.
- Campaigns created abroad enter the contest, as long as their adaptation has generated results for the brand in Mexico.
- Participation has no cost or link to the consumption or purchase of any Grupo Expansión product or service.
- The deadline to receive the information is the July 14 at 11:59 p.m.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- The campaigns must answer the following questionnaire: (To download and edit the questionnaire you must follow the following path: In the top menu go to File > Download > Word).
- The questionnaire must be answered in its entirety. In the same questionnaire are the questions related to recognition for social impact and diversity and inclusion.
- For the evaluation it is essential to have graphic material of the campaign. Otherwise, the campaign will be disqualified. Ideally, you should share the video case of the campaign. If you do not have it, you can share photographs or other graphic material.
- Share the questionnaire (in pdf format) and graphic materials in the following ways.
Process:
Each campaign and strategy will be evaluated by a jury made up of several specialized and recognized people in the industry.
The Committee will evaluate campaigns and strategies based on the following criteria:
- Strategy
- Creativity
- Results
But in order to carry out a correct and robust evaluation, the jury will take into account the following criteria for the context:
- Strategic approach to the problem it addresses
- Innovation (understood not only as the technological part, but also as the disruption it entails for the industry)
- Idea
- Market context
