Besiktas midfielder Miralem Pjanic, once again extolled the figure of his former coach, Massimiliano Allegri, in an interview broadcast on Twitter. The Bosnian remains on loan at the Turkish club until the end of the season, when he will return to FC Barcelona. The midfielder also had praise for Luis Enrique, Sarri and Spalletti, while nor did he mention Koeman, with whom he did not have a good relationship at the Barça club.
In general, Pjanic has excellent memories of his time in Turin, where he enjoyed his four best seasons thanks to the coach’s confidence: “Allegri is the best coach I have ever had. I have made great progress with him. It made me a stronger player by showing me how to see football in a different way. The three years with him have been fantastic. With Juve we won everything, even reaching a Champions League final. We were a great team with a great coach“, sentenced the 31-year-old player.
The Bosnian midfielder also had words of gratitude for Luis Enrique, the person responsible for his landing in Calcio: “I saw something special in him, he was the one who loved me at all costs in Italy. We only worked together for one season, but it was a great year”, Pjanic praised the Spanish coach. The footballer owned by Barça remembered Sarri, who trained him for a year at Juve, and Spalleti, a former coach of the Rome, whom he cataloged as “two great coaches”.
Unsurprisingly, Pjanic did not mention the name of ronald koeman among the best coaches of his career, as both had a step to forget at the Camp Nou. The Dutch coach never trusted the Bosnian as a replacement for Busquets’ guarantees in midfield.
