Put the wheat flour in a container and add the salt, the chemical yeast, the oil and the water. We mix well with the help of a spoon or a fork and, when it begins to be difficult to work, we do it with our hands.
Once all the ingredients are integrated, we pass the dough to the countertop and knead for five minutes or until elastic, smooth and soft. Cut the dough in two and give them an oval shape. Place in a microwave-safe container, with the base covered with parchment paper, and make two cross-sectional cuts on the surface of each one.
We cover the container with transparent film, we pierce the surface in several places and we introduce it in the microwave. Cook at maximum power for 4 minutes. Remove the transparent film and transfer to a metal grid to let cool and prevent the base from getting wet.
