The Disciplinary Commission of the Professional Football League has punished the Italian international with a suspension match. The Italian footballer received the last yellow card in the recent French league game against Angers.
The PSG will have to do without its interior holder to receive three yellow cards in a period between 10 official matches. The midfielder of the Parisian team had three yellow cards in just four games played. Verratti was out of action for most of September for a knee injury that prevented him from participating in more engagements.
In the Champions League, the international footballer for Italy also accumulates a yellow card in two games played.
