I encourage you not to stay without trying this mango and orange sorbet recipe. It is a super creamy ice cream that can be made with another kitchen robot if we do not have the Thermomix, because it is only a question of crushing all the ingredients and letting them cool a little in the freezer.
For a more special presentation You can cut strips of orange peel in julienne or grate it and spread it over the straw.
I like to always have some homemade ice cream ready because it is the best way for my children to eat fruit when the summer months arrive, but it is also ideal to serve in copious Christmas meals, as is done with the lemon sorbet at cava or mandarin sorbet.
Put the sugar in the mixing bowl and pulverize 10 sec/speed 10. Squeeze the oranges until obtaining the necessary amount of juice. Add the frozen mango pieces, orange juice and gin (if using) to the sugar and blend 1 min/speed 8. Pour into an airtight container and reserve in the freezer until serving time.

With what to accompany the mango and orange sorbet
Like this mango and orange sorbet it’s very creamy, you don’t need to stir it often to prevent crystals from forming, even when completely frozen it takes very little time to reach the right texture. Surely you like it as much as we do, which we accompany it with pieces of mango and lots of hot chocolate.
