The US Dow Jones index rose by 1.47% to settle at 34,842 units.
The technological Nasdaq climbed 2.10%, to 14,056 points.
The S&P 500 advanced 1.69%, to be at 4,486 points.
In Mexico, Volaris shares maintained a gain of 5.03%, at 11.28 pesos on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV).
Meanwhile, the main stock index of the BMV rose 2.07%, to reach 52,150 integers.
US consumer prices remained unchanged in October, with gasoline prices falling, while core inflation showed signs of slowing, official data showed.
In the 12 months through October, the CPI rose 3.2% while economists polled by Reuters had forecast gains of 0.1% for the month and 3.3% in annual terms.
