Logitech has renewed its range of peripherals with three new accessories belonging to the MX family. The company, in particular, has released an update to its most popular mouse: the MX Master 3as well as two new mechanical keyboards, the Logitech MX Mechanical and MX Mechanical Mini that arrive, among other features, with mechanical keys that are becoming so fashionable.
The new MX Master 3S It maintains some of the most notable features of its predecessor, such as its ergonomic design or the different configurable buttons, but it improves considerably in several aspects. One of them is the noise level. According to Logitech, the main buttons on the MX Master 3s (left and right click button) are up to 90% quieter than the MX Master 3. This is a remarkable reduction.
Logitech has also improved the sensor accuracy of the MX Master 3s. It now has 8,000 dpi instead of 4,000 dpi that we found in the previous version. It maintains, yes, a sampling rate of 125 Hz, making it clear that the peripheral is intended primarily for tasks related to productivity, and not for games. All this, in addition, with a battery life of up to 70 days with a full charge or up to 3 hours with a charge of one minute.
Logitech MX Mechanical and MX Mechanical Mini: mechanical and wireless keyboards with up to 10 months of battery
The MX Master 3s mouse arrives accompanied by two new mechanical keyboards, although with a low profile: the MX Mechanical and MX Mechanical Mini. Both include Kalih Choc V2 switches with a somewhat curious configuration, since not all keys have the same noise level. The brown ones, which are those that we usually press with greater force (space, enter, etc.), are the quietest. The blue ones, dedicated to text, have, instead, the classic ‘click’ that we can perceive in this type of keyboard.
The Logitech MX Mechanical and the MX Mechanical Mini are wireless and work via Bluetooth. In any case, they can be connected or charged via a USB-C cable and also allow a connection with up to 3 devices simultaneously. The battery is the same in both models: up to 10 months. The duration, yes, is reduced to 15 days if the backlighting of the keys is kept activated.
The Logitech MX Master 3s and MX Mechanical keyboards and the MX Mechanical Mini are already available for your purchase. The new mouse comes at a price of 135 euroswhile the MX Mechanical is available from 185 euros. The mini version, which does not include the numeric keypad, is priced at €159.99.
