Lately I feel that social networks push us to prepare trendy recipes and we don’t think twice when we come across “the viral”. However we do not strive to learn to cook other recipes grounded, nutritious and traditional. We lose the north with so much stimulus.
Today I want to solve the problem -or at least try- with this recipe from stewed or braised lentils. A traditional dish, always welcome at my table, cooked with my Mambo Cecotec Habana multifunction food processor for the occasion, but the instructions can be adapted to other similar appliances.

Let rest for a few minutes before serving. if we want them thicker and creamier, we separate a saucepan of lentils, a couple of pieces of potato and a little broth and blend to obtain a puree. We return it to the stew, stir to integrate and that’s it.
