For vegetables, I used onion, green onion, carrot, potato, tomato, flat beans, spinach and cilantro, but it works with all vegetables and you can change for the ones you like or have in your house.

When the soup is ready, turn off the heat and add the spinach, coriander and flat beans, so they cook or soften with the residual heat.
Serve hot and enjoy right away. Two blunt portions will come out.
