Megacable was the first MVNO that opted for the AT&T network to increase its market coverage with respect to Altán Redes, a company that is currently coming out of bankruptcy due to non-payment to providers, whose situation prevented it from expanding its network. Sky and now Izzi are the new clients who have decided to use the infrastructure of the company chaired by Mónica Aspe.
“AT&T Mexico will provide greater support and coverage at competitive prices and with mobile telephony packages that can be adapted to the needs and economy of its customers, guaranteeing an optimal connection and the best experience,” Izzi said in a statement.
The company explained that as of this month it will launch a new portfolio of cell phone plans for its subscribers, which will have social networks, SMS and unlimited calls including, free of charge, the United States and Canada. Depending on the plan, additional data to access YouTube, TikTok and Spotify.
Izzi Móvil has 1.2 million users. At the end of the first semester of the year, it was the third in the market, after Walmart’s Bait and Megacable’s Megamóvil.
