For this preparation, we can use homemade pizza dough cut into several portions or opt for some quality commercial dough, we can also add pumpkin puree as a base instead of the typical tomato and thus discover that the world of pizzas is full of possibilities.
To begin with this preparation, we start by cooking or roasting the pumpkin in the oven until the meat is very tender. Then we cook it with onion and grind it together with a little oil and some milk, if it is too thick, to obtain a creamy texture that we salt and pepper to give it more flavor.
