But there is another big problem
Employee mistreatment is not the IT industry’s biggest problem in banking, in the opinion of the InGPTas it is called recently.
“One part would be these treatments that, from my point of view, border on the inhumane. But also that banks are still very traditional hierarchical systems. There are a lot of people who still have that very 70s, 80s mentality. And it is understandable, because they are people of 50, 70 years old, who grew up like this and learned, as they say colloquially, to madrazos ”, he explains.
“But I believe that we are no longer in those times, in that era. It is something that does a lot of damage, above all, to the banking system. These people with very archaic mentalities and who want everyone to take their word as law.
Inge explains that there is a great obstinacy to carry out processes in different and potentially more efficient ways, which ends up frustrating workers and slowing down their learning.

The lack of adequate compensation, feeling undervalued by the company and the lack of a career plan are the main reasons for resignation in the IT sector in Mexico, according to Hireline’s 2022 IT Labor Market report.

When we do the Twitter Spaces of stories, we better cut it off because there are so many and so shocking, and others so unpleasant that you say, let’s see, this can’t be happening. There is every story that you say: no, this is not possible. It looks like an action movie, fantasy.
If you have already put up with a bank, if you have put up with a consultant that provides banking services, the truth is that the rest will feel very smooth, very simple. It is wrong, I know it, but it is a reality, ”he concludes.
